Our client, a leading international law firm with over 1,000 lawyers in 30 offices in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America, has an opening in its Frankfurt office for a Corporate M&A lawyer, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
The team advises clients on all aspects of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including private M&A transactions, public takeovers, capital markets transactions and restructuring. Clients include national and international companies, private equity funds and the public sector.
Candidates will have completed the two state exams. A very good knowledge of English is also required.
