The department is renowned for its international focus with over 50% of the workload stemming across continents.
Applicants for this role will have strong experience in either Equity Capital Markets or Mergers and Acquisitions from a leading City firm, with strong academics. We will also consider foreign-qualified lawyers at Tier One practices with matching experience and strong academics.
