Our client, an AmLaw 200 law firm with over 600 attorneys and 15 offices across the U.S., is looking to hire a corporate associate to join its Business and Transactions Department. The candidate may choose to be based in either the Denver or Boulder office.
This is an excellent opportunity for immense professional growth at a well-respected national firm. An ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and emerging company transactions as well as general corporate governance, commercial matters and/or public company securities transactions and disclosure.
