A world-renowned City firm is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Corporate team in London. Although this role will sit within the broad Corporate practice area, the Associate will be focusing on the financial services sector.
As a tier 1 team, the range of clients includes high profile banks, insurers, PE investors, asset managers and other financial institutions. Although specific experience of advising these kind of clients is beneficial, it is not essential. The team advises on a range of complex M&A transactions, joint venture agreements, cross-border corporate finance and more.
However, solid Corporate experience from a similarly impressive City or international firm will be required. A strong academic background is also a pre-requisite.
