We are instructed on multiple transactional roles for an established, successful firm in the UK. This will be a career and lifestyle choice to a location that offers a high standard of living and a different pace of life from the major cities.
The firm advises a wide range of clients including major funds, global corporates, and international financial institutions. The successful applicant for the role will work on a broad range of matters across corporate, including high-end cross-border M&A and JVs, as well as commercial, finance, and capital markets work. Experience in all of these areas is not needed.
We would be keen to see details of lawyers with stable career records and good corporate experience at London, national or regional firms. We will consider lawyers from NQ up to approximately 10 years’ PQE.
