Our client is an established legal consulting firm with experience in advising on large scale transactions and disputes in the Middle East and Africa. They are currently looking to engage with a mid-level corporate lawyer on a consultancy basis to assist with a particular Shareholders Agreement. This project will likely require 3 hours per week for circa 2 months in duration.
Prior experience in the KSA or the Middle East is not required.
Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales and training and/or experience gained within a notable City or International firm, highly regarded for their corporate work, is essential.
Successful candidates are likely to have upwards of 3 years’ PQE in handling corporate matters, and be available to start this consultancy project imminently.
