Our client is an established legal consulting firm with experience in advising on large scale transactions in the Middle East and Africa. They are currently looking to engage with a mid-senior-level corporate M&A Lawyer to assist on a project on a consultancy basis.
Prior experience in working with clients in the KSA or the Middle East would be beneficial but is not essential.
Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales and training and/or experience gained within a leading International Law firm, highly regarded for their corporate M&A work, is essential.
Successful candidates are likely to have upwards of 5 years’ PQE in handling corporate M&A matters, possess a keen eye for detail and be available to start this consultancy project imminently.
Candidates can expect to be engaged on a non-exclusive basis, be paid a competitive rate for this project work and be able to work remotely from home.
