We have received instructions from a legal solutions consultancy firm based in London, on their search for a Corporate Lawyer between 2-5 PQE.
Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the business team in corporate matters, and be willing to work in an in-house secondment contract until the end of the year for a financial service client.
Candidates should ideally be available at short notice or immediately, and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales or other commonwealth jurisdictions such as Australia or New Zealand.
- Between 2-5 PQE in advising and handling corporate matters within the Financial Service Space.
- Relevant experience gained in Corporate teams in the City, international or West End firms.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team
- A keen eye for detail
