We have direct instructions for this Corporate role at a leading global offshore law firm based in the Caribbean. The successful applicant for this role will receive top-level corporate work, as well as the opportunity to live in a location with a supremely high standard of living, whilst receiving a high City salary and with the obvious tax benefits of being offshore!
Being a key part of a growing and successful global Corporate group, you will act on a broad range of corporate matters, including major M&As and JVs, as well as be involved in other transactional/advisory areas such as funds and regulatory matters. Experience in these latter areas is not needed; we are seeking a high-calibre corporate lawyer.
You will be an England and Wales or other Commonwealth-qualified lawyer, with ideally between three and six years’ PQE, although we will consider strong applicants outside of this level. Current or recent experience in a leading City or highly-rated national firm in the UK or tier one firm outside of the UK is sought.
A high City-level salary and full financial relocation package is offered.
