This is a very confidential opportunity directly from the Managing Partner of a rated offshore firm. We are seeking a lawyer with ideally between three and eight years’ PQE and with good corporate experience at a London, tier one national, or tier one firm in Australia, New Zealand or Canada. This role will involve a broad range of corporate work including major M&A, as well as related funds and finance matters, for a premium client base. Prior funds and finance experience is not essential.
