We are confidentially seeking a corporate lawyer for a superb role which will involve general high-value corporate matters including cross-border M&A and JVs. You will be working with highly-regarded and supportive partners within an established and successful group.
We are seeking lawyers from England and Wales with experience in a leading City or tier one national firm, or in a tier one or similar firm in Australia, New Zealand or Canada. The ideal level for this role is between three and six years’ PQE.
