This is a brand-new and confidential opportunity with our major offshore law firm client. We are confidentially seeking a corporate Lawyer for a superb new role in the Caribbean.

Acting on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters across major cross-border corporate deals including M&As, as well as some finance matters, this will be a superb client-facing role acting for global PLCs, institutions, funds, and major private companies.

You must be England and Wales-qualified, and have a stable career history with current or recent experience in a leading City or leading national firm. Offshore experience is highly-valued, but is not essential. We will consider Lawyers with between five and eight years’ PQE.
