A new opportunity has opened up at the 2-5 PQE level with our client’s Public Companies & Capital Markets team within their London Corporate group, which represents a number of Main Market listed and AIM traded clients and their shareholders on a variety of transactions, including M&A, equity fundraises, IPOs and general corporate governance.
The successful candidate will have experience of and a real interest in acting for public company clients and in equity capital markets across a broad range of transactions.
The role will encompass a broad range of work, including M&A, restructurings, public company and capital markets transactions. A keen interest for a diverse portfolio of work within those parameters is essential.
Experience in capital markets and M&A is required and public M&A experience will be an advantage.
