Our client’s Corporate Insurance team in London is a market leader. At the forefront of M&A, private equity, reinsurance, securities work, distribution and regulatory advisory, a good proportion of the work will be ground-breaking. Regularly featuring in “team of the year” awards categories, the work is fast-paced and challenging, but always in a supportive environment.
Clients include leading insurers, reinsurers, MGAs, brokers, capital providers, private equity funds, management teams, insurtechs and trade bodies.
In addition to having 5+ years of PQE, you will:
- Be able to manage and complete a deal effectively from start to finish.
- Be committed to business development to further grow the practice; you will be able to spot and to drive commercial opportunities forwards.
- Be able to establish strong client relationships.
- Be able to be an effective leader within the team, who coaches and develops junior team members to achieve their full potential.
