Our client, a global law firm known for its down-to-earth culture, is looking for an Associate to join its busy, growing corporate and acquisition finance team in Boston.
The team represents arrangers, underwriters, and lenders in connection with a broad array of matters in a wide range of industries. The team focuses on senior financings, with a concentration on leveraged acquisition financings, and frequently represents clients in transactions that include a junior capital component. The team’s clients include banks, hedge funds, and finance companies.
The team is unique in the way it truly works across different offices including London. The Partner structure is one to be commended; the way it is structured means that everyone is incentivised to collaborate. Partnership is something that is encouraged, and you will be guided throughout the process. That being said, if that’s not for you, you will be supported to do something else – whether that be going in-house or taking on another Senior role within the firm.
