Our client, a top 20 firm, is looking for a candidate to fill a unique, hybrid role, which will combine fee earning and PSL work. The candidate will need to have ECM or Public M&A experience, but does not need prior PSL experience. The fee earning target hours are 300.
This could be a great opportunity for a candidate who may feel that they have had enough of 100% fee earning and would now like a new challenge. (The Partner leading the recruitment is keen to stress that if a candidate chooses this route, they will not be excluded from future partnership opportunities).
Salary for this role will be £130k – £140k and there is a 10% bonus on offer, based on performance.
