Our client is seeking a senior associate with at least five years of experience in energy related corporate work.
Suitable candidates will have superb experience in the execution of energy sector transactions in Asia. Predominantly a corporate role, candidates should have experience of M&A, joint ventures, and commercial contracts, ideally cross border in nature, stemming from a range of jurisdictions in Southeast Asia.
As a senior member of the team, the incoming lawyer will be expected to be capable of taking the lead on deals, as well as supervise and mentor juniors within the team, and participate in business development.
