A prestigious international law firm is seeking a Corporate Energy Lawyer with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience, particularly focusing on private M&A within the energy, renewables, and infrastructure sectors, to join its award-winning Corporate Energy team in London. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in high-profile, complex transactions working closely with market-leading Partners.

The new hire will lead and manage M&A deals with an energy focus, draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transaction documents, provide strategic legal advice to a diverse client base, including multinational corporations and private equity investors, collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, and contribute to business development activities, such as client relationship management and pitching.
