A leading international firm are hiring an Associate or Senior Associate level Corporate Energy Lawyer on a 6-12 month contract for their London office.
The team work on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures, and large-scale capital projects for significant clients within the Energy, Oil & Gas and Natural Resources sectors.
Successful candidates are likely to be qualified Solicitors in England & Wales, or another commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia or New Zealand, for example), possess upwards of 3 years’ experience in handling a full range of corporate energy matters, and have gained their experience from notable City, International or Top Tier Regional teams.
