We are currently looking for a corporate/commercial & projects solicitor with 3+years’ PQE for a 6-month contract working in a top city law firm in London.
This contract is 6 months in duration, and candidates should be available immediately or at short notice.
Candidates with a general commercial/corporate background or those with more specialised backgrounds are encouraged to apply. This is a transactional role focusing on corporate/ projects/commercial issues within the energy and logistics sectors. Although experience in these sectors is preferred, it is not essential.
Candidates must demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales .
- Upwards of 3 years’ PQE with a focus on commercial and corporate law.
- Training and/or experience gained within notable city firms would be desirable.
- The desire to work on a contract basis in leading legal teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
