This is a hugely interesting position for a corporate Lawyer seeking a broad workload covering both corporate/M&A, as well as good-quality commercial matters.
Our instructing client is a well-regarded, small and progressive firm based in the City. Working directly with Partners and getting full exposure and access to clients, the nature of the firm also means a close working relationship with the practice’s other teams. A good proportion of your work will be on corporate work, and the rest on commercial contracts and related matters. The client base, as well as including UK SMEs, also includes many companies, trustees and referrers from major financial centres globally.
If you are a corporate or corporate/commercial Lawyer at a London or regional firm, and ideally have between one and four years’ PQE, then we would be pleased to hear from you in relation to this role.
