We are looking to speak with Corporate Attorneys to join our client’s practice in their New York office.
Our client represents top-tier leveraged buyout and private equity firms, fund sponsors and fund investors, investment and merchant banks, other financial institutions, emerging early and growth-stage companies and established domestic and international businesses in a wide range of financing, securities, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions, as well as ongoing day-to-day representation, advice and counseling.
You will focus your practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate governance, venture financings and other strategic corporate transactions. Public and private companies, sponsors and emerging companies will rely on your counsel in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, SPAC transactions, venture financings, corporate governance, shareholder activism and takeover defense preparedness. You will also gain exposure to leveraged and investment-grade acquisition financings, asset-based financings, direct lending financings and restructurings.
Annual salary range: $247,500 – $307,500.
