You will advise on a broad range of corporate matters including M&A and JVs.
We are seeking lawyers of ideally between two and five years’ PQE, although we will consider applicants outside of this level. Offshore law firm is not essential. Applicants are likely to be at international, City, or other good national or regional firms.
