A premium law firm is seeking a high quality Corporate Lawyer to join its leading Corporate transactional team in London. This is a role for a significant international firm, with opportunities for global experience on cross-border transactions for blue chip clients. The candidate will be working closely with the global firm’s head of Corporate in London, so a high standard of previous Corporate experience is being sought.
The ideal candidate will have completed their training and been retained at a respected City firm, gaining strong experience on a range of matters including M&A, private equity, venture capital and ECM. Candidates who trained overseas are welcome to be considered, but strong experience at a recognised international practice will be expected.
The large Corporate team works with a wide variety of sectors, with opportunity for the Associate to specialise. As well as joining a well regarded Corporate team, this is an excellent opportunity to join a renowned law firm with an impressive global network.
