My client is looking for a Corporate associate to join the growing International Corporate Group in London. This will be a broad role, with a specific focus on M&A.
The team offers the full breadth of Corporate expertise to a wide range of clients, from technology-focussed start-ups, to established multinational blue chips, on an variety of domestic and international transactions.
The suitable candidate will advise on international Corporate transactions, concentrating on high profile international M&A (both private and public), but also with the opportunity to work on Venture Capital, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets transactions. In addition, much of the work is cross-border and there is a great opportunity to work with many of the other global offices.
The successful candidate will have a very strong academic background and will have experience of leading on Corporate transactions gained within a comparable environment.
