The ideal candidate has 4+ years’ experience of preferred equity financing, familiarity with NVCS forms, and M&A, Private Equity or Joint Venture experience.
Candidates may be based in Boston, Denver, New York, or Northern California.
Base Salary: $295,000 – $400,000.
