This international law firm are looking to hire an associate to join its corporate commercial team based in London. The position will cover a broad range of UK capital markets transactions, including main market and AIM, as well as M&A and other corporate transactions.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience gained within a comparable law firm or major regional practice. Strong academics, excellent drafting skills and AIM experience are essential for this role.
