A well-established law firm are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious solicitor to join their inheritance and will disputes team. The successful candidate will need to be client facing with the confidence to manage their own caseload with little to no supervision.
As a solicitor in this team, you will be working on a full spectrum of contentious trusts matters including LPA issues, will validity issues, Inheritance Act claims and executor & administration disputes. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who wishes to progress quickly within a firm that shows a transparent path to progression.
To be considered for a role in this successful team, you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor between 1-6 years’ PQE.
- Naturally take a proactive approach to your work.

- Have experience in working on contentious trusts matters.
