Our London client is a forward-thinking vibrant, and specialist construction and property law city-based boutique law firm based in London. They are looking for contentious construction Solicitors with in-depth knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts for an ongoing fixed-term contract to start ASAP.
They are looking for a highly experienced contentious construction Lawyer who is an expert in the field, and possesses excellent communication skills and adjudication experience, as they anticipate an increasing volume of adjudication work. Although this position has an emphasis on dispute work, there will be opportunities to do non-contentious work too. The role provides a hybrid working arrangement.
The successful candidate should be E&W qualified and have at least 7 years’+ PQE as a contentious construction Lawyer, and possess a detailed understanding of construction and engineering contracts such as JCT, and NEC.
In addition, you will have the ability to start a new role at short notice or immediately.
