The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in handling contentious construction matters, with a strong background from elite law firms. You must have an in-depth knowledge of JCT and NEC contract suites, it is essential.
One crucial requirement is adjudication experience, as they anticipate an increasing volume of adjudication work. Adjudication offers a cost-effective approach to dispute resolution, and we foresee this trend continuing. The candidate should be comfortable committing to a full-time, five-day work schedule.
To be considered you must be England & Wales qualified with 7+ years of experience and be able to commute to central London on a hybrid working rota.
