Jameson Legal is working with an international law firm, with offices across Europe and Asia that are all highly regarded within the Legal 500 and Chambers.
The Contentious Construction practice continues to be in growth mode, every year for the past five years (including the pandemic) the team has grown. They are now looking to add a junior/mid-level Contentious Construction Associate to the practice.
The successful candidate can expect a caseload that largely focuses on domestic matters with an ever-expanding international element. This will include:
- Defects Claims
- Professional Negligence
- Payment Disputes
- Contractor defaults
As with every member of the team, the successful candidate will be supported to build their own niche within Construction Disputes. Partners within the team see the value in offering long term routes for progression and have recently made a number of internal promotions.
This is a rare role in a market-leading team.
