A highly regarded law firm, with a fantastic reputation UK-wide are looking to grow their construction team. The successful candidate will have a specific interest in working on non-contentious construction matters. They should also have good knowledge on the standard construction forms including JCT and NEC however those candidates who have a property background and an interest to develop their knowledge in construction law are also encouraged to apply.
The types of clients the team work with includes housing associations, house builders, developers and contractors. The successful candidate will be joining a collaborative and inclusive team but will also work on their own matters and be given a great level of responsibility. The firm also understand the need for a good work / life balance and the opportunity will allow the individual to split their working way between home and the office.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 2 years PQE;
- Have a genuine interest in non-contentious construction law;
- Be a team player, with fantastic communication skills;
- Have a personable and confident nature.
