This strong, well-established, and busy DIFC firm is actively seeking a construction partner to join their team.
The incoming Partner is likely to hold a mix of front and back end experience, but of crucial importance is that they possess a heavy focus on contentious work and disputes in the wider construction, infrastructure and energy spaces.
It is likely the successful applicant will currently be practicing in the region with an international law firm and be able to demonstrate a portable book of work and strong regional network.
This represents an outstanding opportunity for an established partner, or possibly a Counsel / Senior Associate with a strong book of business to key into and benefit from a full service DIFC firm, whilst leveraging a strong construction pedigree both regionally and internationally to further build their practice in the UAE and wider Middle East.
