Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Solicitor (3-10PQE) to join their team as an Associate or Senior Associate in Edinburgh.
The team act for clients on high-value domestic and international disputes within the infrastructure, construction & engineering, and energy sectors and have built an outstanding reputation globally for their technical expertise and successes.
This role will include:
- Acting for a wide variety of clients across the construction, energy & infrastructure sectors including investors, contractors, insurers, public sector, and PPP contracts.
- Advising on a range of disputes in pre-action, as well as in litigation, arbitration and adjudication.
- Working closely with Partners, Associates and trainees within the team and across the firm.
- An active participation in the business development and marketing initiatives of the team.
The ideal candidate for this role will have gained circa 3-10 years’ post-qualification experience within a construction (and/or energy & infrastructure) disputes team, at the Associate or Senior Associate level.
