Our client, a well-regarded global law firm, are looking for a Senior Associate to join their internationally recognised heavyweight Construction London-based team.
This role will mainly focus on advising on non-contentious construction matters, assisting the firm’s blue-chip clients in big-ticket development projects, financing arrangements, bonds guarantees and related interfaces, consultant appointments and construction contract negotiations.
Experience and skills required:
- England and Wales, or common law qualified
- 4-8 years’ PQE gained at a leading Construction team
- Experience in Real Estate support, Corporate support, and Banking support
- Excellent academic background
- Stable career background
