Our client is a notable international law firm that is looking to secure a construction disputes lawyer for a contract of 6 months in duration. The role is to start imminently to assist with an influx of work. Candidates should be available immediately or at short notice.
The firm has a global reputation in construction, engineering and infrastructure related disputes and the successful individual will have exposure to a diverse and top tier caseload whilst working alongside ranked Partners within the market. The team is highly ranked within the legal directories and is well regarded for their expertise in construction related arbitrations and proceedings before the Technology and Construction Court. They regularly assist contractors and developers with defect, variation and termination disputes arising out of residential schemes, renewable energy developments and transport infrastructure projects.
Due to the nature of the requirement, successful candidates are likely to possess between 3- 6 years’ PQE. (Candidates outside this bracket will still be considered). It is essential that candidates have trained and/or gained experience within notable City or International firms and possess experience in handling a range of construction disputes.
The firm supports a hybrid working structure with 2-3 days per week in the London office, with the remainder from home. However, there could be some flexibility on this for the successful candidate.
