Construction Disputes Lawyer

Our client is a major global law firm with an established and longstanding reputation in the UK, where they are headquartered.

Their large and growing construction disputes team focuses on construction, infrastructure and other related industry disputes. They handle a range of high profile, high value, and complex domestic and international matters which go to adjudication, litigation, and/or arbitration, including acting for major institutional investors, public sector entities, insurers, contractors, and on all tiers of PPP contracts, and are ranked in the top tier in the leading directories as well as the Global Arbitration Review.

The team is growing, and they’re now looking for an additional mid-level construction disputes Associate in their London office.

In order to be successful in your application, you will be a qualified lawyer, with relevant construction disputes experience. You will mostly likely have:

  • Between 3 and 5 years’ solid post-qualification experience gained in private practice and/or in-house, within the UK or other common law jurisdiction;
  • Excellent academics and black letter law skills;
  • Demonstrable experience of acting in adjudications, court and arbitrations;
  • A commitment to professional development and becoming a real sector expert, as well as the aptitude to work on large, high profile and technically complicated contentious matters.

For New Zealand/Australian-qualified candidates with suitable experience, an excellent sponsorship and relocation package will be available.
