Our client is a highly respected national law firm as they look to expand their Contentious Construction practice within their London office.
As the team continues to grow, they are now looking to bring in an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Contentious Construction practice with 4 years PQE+.
The successful candidate will have experience handling Contentious Construction work and (ideally but not essential) Non-Contentious Construction work. The team handles a broad caseload encompassing both domestic and international Construction and Engineering matters.
Recently, the work the team has picked up has included:
• Developer – advising on a multimillion £ dispute on a residential development.
• Architect – acting on the contract for a substantial project in Asia.
• Re-cladding projects – dealing with governments on funding and initiating projects for re-cladding.
