A top-tier institution, a client is actively recruiting a senior compliance officer for its risk management and surveillance team which is responsible for the detection of possible infringements of internal regulatory rules or policies. Applicants will have significant expertise in advising on compliance laws and regulations and be able to work collaboratively and efficiently with global stakeholders.
Successful applicants will possess:
- A Bachelor or Master degree, with proven expertise advising on compliance laws, rules, regulations, risk and trade surveillance.
- Demonstrated and concise communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging.
- Awareness of regulatory requirements involving local and US laws and international and industry standards.
- Advanced knowledge of compliance.
