Our client, a global law firm known for its strong client relationships and excellent culture, is looking to hire a junior level Associate (class of 2022 to 2020) into its complex commercial litigation team in Dallas.
The team is located across the US, and works closely with the Asian and London offices. The team focuses on complex commercial litigation, health care, and energy transactional and regulatory matters. They have successfully represented clients in all facets of litigation, trial, and arbitration. The team represents clients in contract disputes, financial services lawsuits, class actions, securities suits, fraud, theft of trade secrets, and business torts.
Attorneys in the team often have a very broad practice, and there is an opportunity to get involved on all types of transactions within other areas of disputes. Candidates will ideally have experience in financial services lawsuits, class actions and business torts.
