Our client, a Texas-HQ law firm, is searching for a growth hire in its top-rate Litigation practice in Dallas at the Senior end. Ideally, this candidate will have at least six years’ of BigLaw experience at a strong litigation practice. The right candidate can expect a Counsel title.
The team works on a wide variety of complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, as well as arbitral proceedings. The team works on commercial and financial transactions litigation, real estate and oil and gas disputes, products liability, internal and governmental investigations, securities, healthcare and environmental fraud, antitrust, complex disputes among partners and business owners, as well as a wide range of business torts litigation. The team also regularly works on technology litigation, including theft of trade secrets and non-competition disputes.
The firm is headquartered in Texas; as such it takes pride in its fantastic ethos and focus on wellbeing and maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
