Our client is looking for an experienced Competition Litigation associate in London with 2-4 years PQE.
You will be working with Partners on Competition-related disputes, including follow-on and standalone claims for damages and commercial disputes with an underlying Competition law element. You will be working for both claimants and defendants.
You will have experience at a top-quality practice; as well as a desire to help grow the business. The role will involve a business development element, helping to identify new cases and assist the partners in getting those cases up and running. Enthusiasm for this aspect of the role is key.
Experience of working with litigation funding would be an advantage.
