We are working with a global law firm as they look to grow their Competition team in the London office. The firm and team are ranked highly across all directories, and they now want to expand by bringing in a mid-level Competition Law Associate.
As a member of the Competition team, you will be responsible for providing advice on a wide range of competition law matters within the UK and across the EU, including merger control, cartel and other investigations, litigation, and advisory matters. You can expect a significant amount of client contact, whilst providing strategic advice and support on complex competition issues.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ PQE in competition law.
- Experience in merger control would be desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A client-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
