Our client, a transatlantic law firm is looking to hire a junior Associate into its Band 1 ranked Compensation and Incentives team in New York.
The team assists its clients, mainly major US and other multinational companies, on designing, implementing and maintaining global incentive and compensation arrangements (in particular share-based plans), and advising on legal/regulatory/tax matters associated with global compensation arrangements in cross-border M&As, spin-offs, divestitures, IPOs and redomestications.
This law firm is particularly known for its excellent training and support from Seniors. There is no hierarchy – whereby Partners respect Junior associates, and they let you have the responsibility of getting the right level of work that they think you are ready for.
Candidates must be qualified in New York (or have undertaken the UBE).
