Our client is looking for a Commercial, Technology and Outsourcing solicitor at the associate/senior associate level to join their award-winning Commercial and Technology team in London.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide selection of work, but your primary role will be leading and supporting on outsourcing (whether BPO, IT or otherwise) and core technology contracts (such as cloud computing, systems development/integration and digital transformation) across sectors, with a particular focus on contracts and negotiations in the context of the financial services sector.
You will be a proactive, ambitious and collaborative member of the team, who will be excited by the prospect of helping to grow this important area of the business, in return for excellent opportunities for career progression in an open, collaborative and sector-leading practice.
