The firm has been on an impressive growth curve and is now looking to bring in a mid-level Commercial Associate to take on a broad caseload spanning across the Commercial and Data Protection sphere.
The successful candidate will be predominantly part of the technology, data, and Intellectual Property segment of the wider Commercial practice and can expect a caseload that includes:
- Advising on tech contracts including system design, implementation, cloud-based arrangements, and licensing
- GDPR compliance, marketing, data, and cyber security breaches
- Development, exploitation, and protection of IP rights, with some contentious matters
- M&A matters
