A legal 500 ranked law firm are looking to expand their commercial team due to growth and have already expanded rapidly over the past year. This role is based in Cambridge.
As part of this team you will be working on a wide range of commercial matters including agency agreements, conditions of sale & purchase, consumer contracts, contract reviews and confidentiality agreements. You will also be acting for highly regarded clients from a broad range of industries including food and drink, financial services and healthcare trusts.
Skills required to be considered include:
- Having at least 3 years’ PQE.
- Having a strong knowledge in commercial law.
- Being ambitious with a drive to succeed.
- Having fantastic communication skills.
