We have instructions from a legal solutions consultancy firm based in London, on their search for a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with 3 -6 PQE. The successful candidate will join the team on a hybrid and temporary basis and due to the influx of work, there are options to work closely with a pretty wide variety of Partners.
Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the business team. Some of the work you would be expected to be involved in is assisting on transactional matters for large, national transport networks.
Candidates should ideally be available at short notice or immediately and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
- 3 – 6 PQE.
- Relevant experience gained in commercial Real Estate teams in the City, international or West End firms.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team
- A keen eye for detail
