We are working closely with a legal solutions consultancy firm based in London on their search for a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with 3+PQE. This is an exceptional maternity cover opportunity which can be carried out mostly remote (1 day in the office per week).
Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the business team in Commercial Real Estate Transactional work. Some of the work you would be expected to be involved in includes Acquisition and disposition transactions, Lease negotiations, Equity and debt investments and Joint venture arrangements.
Candidates should ideally be available at short notice or immediately and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
- 3+PQE.
- Relevant experience gained in a Regional, City or West End Firm.
- A strong knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
