We are working with an elite international firm who are looking to secure a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer on a 3-month temporary basis for their band 1 team in London. The role is to start ASAP and the successful candidate will assist in handling a range of real estate due diligence matters.
The team is recognised as a market leader and are instructed on many high-value and high-profile transactions in the market. They advise on a broad range of transactional real estate work, including investment, restructuring, development, acquisitions, disposals, and corporate support work. Clients include leading developers, institutional investors, and public sector bodies.
Successful candidates will be involved in handling a range of real estate due diligence matters.
Ideally candidates should be available immediately or at short notice; possess upwards of 2 years’ PQE in handling a full Commercial Real Estate caseload, with a notable emphasis on due diligence experience, and have gained their experience in highly ranked real estate teams within US, City or International Firms.
The opportunity to work remotely is available for this assignment, although candidates should be based within England, Wales, or Scotland.
